Conte Oggioni & Partners and IFHRO: a new collaboration under way.

IFHRO, or International Federation of Health Records Organizations, is organization affiliated to OMS, founded to improve and homogenize medical-health documentation and the transmission of information systems.

Next November, after 14 years, Italy will again be hosting the IFHRO Congress. Conte Oggioni Partners was chosen by Fiera Milano Congressi to provide the communication activities related to the event.

Starting from the logo restyling, slimmed down and more effective, the agency managed all the necessary activities needed to successfully set up the event. A fully customized concept was developed, and paper supports such as invitations, the program and the signage were also provided.

Additionally, a web site was designed in support of the event, and the dynamic structure and the innovative layout that best put in evidence the value and the importance of the organization.

The Conte Oggioni Partners signature is clearly seen on the press campaign designed to promote the IFHRO Congress.

Using “better information for better health” as the claim, the ad found its way onto the pages of Sole 24 Ore, in the special insert dedicated to health.
Sky blue hues dominates the illustrated part with a written section that reports relative data concerning the congress, beside a part of the Stella Polare Convention Centre (Fiera Milano), premises of the congress.

The activities developed to promote the IFHRO Congress raised the complete satisfaction of the client – a basic prelude to a result that will surely not disappoint expectations.
